Initiate Your Request
Log into your ZSG account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
